1User Eligibility

Use of the axas88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. axas88 reserves the right to request verification to ensure all users meet these criteria before being granted full access to the platform's services.

• You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

2Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on axas88. Registration of more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances.

• Axas88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents such as a national ID, passport, or utility bill at any time.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods. The maximum daily deposit is set at RM 50,000 unless a higher limit has been specifically approved.
